SyncSegment and SyncDocument 1400
The SyncSegment
and SyncDocument 1400 message is triggered once an attribute that is not marked
as change control, is changed on an approved tag or document, and the
"OnAttributeChanged" event has been configured as
defined in
Event
Subscription.
Follow these steps to create the SyncSegment or SyncDocument 1400 message:
- In AssetWise, create a new tag or document.
- Enter all required metadata so that the tag or document can be approved.
- Populate the value of an attribute that is not marked as change control.
- Approve the tag or document.
- Change the value of the attribute defined in Step 3.
Once the SyncSegment message has been processed by the Interoperability service, an XML object is created in the outgoing destination, as defined in Message Details. Note that only the details of only the metadata and the attribute that was changed, are included in the XML object.
